New to the crew?
As dog owners we know how hard it can be to leave your companion when you are away, whether it be for one night or a week. The Collar Crew has carefully curated a safe and happy environment for your beloved friend. We welcome dogs of all ages and breeds in our supervised facility. When your dog joins our crew, you can have peace of mind knowing they will be treated like our own. They will get plenty of exercise, play, and mental stimulation while you’re away.
We split our day into group play, and down time, ensuring they get the rest they need. We are here to provide lots of individual attention, as well as social time for your pup.
We match your dogs with similar personalities for the safest and most fun social interactions. We prefer to group them by age, size, nature, and even energy levels. By carefully selecting our playgroups, we are able to prevent any disagreements and ensure everyone enjoys themselves.
If your dog is a newcomer, we require an initial visit to be arranged or a trial day of daycare to be scheduled. This will give you and your pup an opportunity to see the facility, and meet the crew. It will also enable us to get to know them, learn about any specific needs they may have, and ensure that they're a good fit to our pack. This will also allow your pup to associate our facility as a fun, and temporary place to be before returning home.
Recognizing and following our policies will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Policies

All dogs need to be leashed when entering the building.
Although your dog may not normally require a leash, having them leashed at all times limits their exposure to unfamiliar dogs, thus reducing opportunities for unwanted contact and altercations.
All dogs need to wear a collar when they are in our care.
For safety purposes, we request that dogs do not wear training collars, choke collars, martingale collars, or shock collars upon arrival.
Identification tags need to be attached to collars at all times.
This is not only to ensure the safety of your dog, but also to guarantee we accurately identify your dog.
Reservations need to be made for drop off and pick up prior to your dog’s visit.
To properly accommodate our clients we ask that you schedule a drop off and pick up time when booking your dogs stay within our designated hours of 7am - 7pm Monday through Sunday

Your pet’s medical history and information are very important to us. If your pet is unwell (e.g. sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) or is recovering from a major surgery please do NOT bring them to our facility for their own health and for that of our other guests. To ensure the safety of pets in our care, owners must inform us of any allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, illnesses, and/or physical limitations. Please note that if a pet has a communicable condition (e.g., viral or bacterial infections), they may not attend until they're symptom-free, or have veterinary clearance.
-
Though your dog is not required to be spayed or neutered, they can show signs of aggression or have an unsettling effect on our other guest. While we are able to accommodate, we need to know ahead of their arrival to reduce the risk of any issues arising. We cannot take females that are actively in heat.
